A staple in the commercial drone industry, Poladrone is rapidly expanding beyond the skies and later rebranded into what we are today – Aonic, demonstrating our commitment to our clients to provide them with a holistic ecosystem beyond our core drone capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, spraying service providers, and other agricultural community stakeholders to increase adoption of our app.
- Be the spokeperson of the agricultural community to convey user feedback to the team, and subsequently identify areas for improvement and suggest new features.
- Work closely alongside our pesticide spraying operations team to ensure user and community satisfaction.
- Onboarding and user engagement:
- Onboard new users onto our app and ensure they understand how to use it effectively.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ideate, create, and implement marketing strategies to increase user adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development and customer success to continuously improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Customer service:
- Provide excellent customer service to users to solve their issues at hand.
- Serve as a resource for our users seeking information, which will require a thorough understanding of all our services and products
Desirable Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and extroverted personality to connect with stakeholders in the agricultural community.
- Languages: Fluent in Thai (English is a plus)
- Interest in the agriculture and the drone industry
- Rooted within the agricultural community.
- Ability to work independently, in ambiguous situations, and achieve objectives with minimal guidance.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Thailand and have a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and technologies, and a background in hardware is a plus.
- Experience in event management is also a plus.
