The Job
- Monitor and control revenue and expenses related to business activities
- Manage and monitor accounting books
- Building, developing, controlling internal processes, policies and procedures. Keep track of fixed asset records
- Check and ensure the legality, reasonableness and accuracy of the documents
- Make monthly reports (eg tax report, tax return, etc.), internal reports as required (revenue and expenditure report, revenue - profit report, etc.)
- Prepare reports and papers in accordance with regulations such as: VAT declaration, corporate income tax, use of quarterly invoices, etc.
- Participate in the coordination of inspection and inventory work at the grassroots units
- Other duties as assigned by superiors
You should be familiar with;
- College graduate or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance, etc. or similar
- At least 02-03 years of working experience in accounting position
- Knowledge and professional understanding of legal regulations on accounting, tax
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and write reports
- Proficient in using accounting software (MISA, sales software), office computers (especially Excel)
- Careful, honest, responsible for work
- Fluency in English
