What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly and helpful support to our customers for inquiries and troubleshooting assistance.
- Serve as the go-to person for all customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to product-related inquiries and provide troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate and conduct product repairs with our technical support team and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of customers' issues.
- Collaborate closely with our team to continuously improve our product support services and enhance the overall customer experience.
What we're looking at
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge or experience in product troubleshooting and aftersales support is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential as the role requires to deal with mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with computer software programs e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
