The Job
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage job postings and conduct screening of applicants, phone interviews and face-to-face interviews for positions to be filled
- Employee Engagement: Plan, organize and execute activities to increase and improve the internal engagement
- Compensation and benefits: Review and propose comps packages that are comparable to industry standard and market conditions
- Compliance: Well verse with employment laws and other compliance matters, able to apply to and take advantage of various subsidy schemes
- Expat management: To facilitate employment pass application, renewal, rental arrangement for expat in the company
- On-boarding: Conduct orientation, office tours, ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and coordinate training for all new staffs
- Employer Branding: Plan, organize and execute strategies and activities (Career fairs, social media platforms, etc)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field
- Good business writing skills with good organizational and analytical skills
- Good command of English with good verbal communication ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Creative problem-solver & critical thinker
- Passionate about people
- Energetic and hungry to learn
- Willing to roll up his/her sleeve and do what is needed
- Excited by the a start-up culture, do not give up easily
- Self starter, resourceful, able to work independently
