- Key responsibility of managing the operation aspects of the Operational team (Agricultural Operating Base), Project team, and Maintenance team throughout the country.
- Co-responsible for the overall P&L of the operations with expectation to grow the new frontier of aftersales/ services and maintaining targeted ratio on expenses to revenue.
- Regularly inspecting the structural readiness to expand and scale in short notice.
- Formulate short to long term operation strategies and action plans to achieve optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management. This includes the people development and charting the career progression of the staff.
- Formulating operation parameters and assigning responsibilities according to the competency’s matrix.
- Conduct constant engagement within the department and cross departmental management to review service performance, acquiring feedbacks and furnish improvement plans at periodic schedule.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and deliver the expectation in the fields.
- Reviewing the tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Review and enrich processes to value add into quality management and customer benefits.
- Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection. Provide situational specific analysis to support critical business decision
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 requirements and standards.

- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline. Preferably in Engineering/Aviation/Agriculture/Management.
