The Job: - Develop, review workflow policy and standard operation manual for each category of the processes to achieve the safety aspect, productivity, efficiency, and quality of operations.
- Supervise all aspects of company’s shipping, storage, inventory, and transportation needs to achieve the best cost optimization.
- Commit to timely processing of all inbound/outbound activities to meet overall company business objectives.
- Check, inspect, and verify the quality of inbound and outbound products/ parts.
- Conduct equipment, products, and parts maintenance cycle according to the supplier’s recommendation.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations, and performance qualification.
- Plan and execute cycle stock count, reporting and adjustment under approval.
Desirable Requirements: - Problem solving skills and people management skills.
- Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate.
- Diploma or degree in logistic, inventory or warehouse management.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions based on that data.
- More than 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
