As Branch Supervisor, you will be tasked with developing and expanding our agriculture spraying drone program across Thailand. A track record and existing experience handling and flying drones is highly desirable. Knowledge in agriculture is a big plus! Based in Bangkok with significant travel to client sites.
Key Responsibility Include:
- Creating and executing product launch and growth plans for agriculture spraying drones
- Signing up and growing a network of local distributors across Thailand
- Conducting client product demos, workshops and trainings
- Planning and supervising drone flight operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in product launches (physical products)
- Experience in building and growing a network of local hardware distributors
- Experience in running day-to-day sales and logistics operations (product demonstrations, customer deliveries, customer service)
- Able to think strategically about product positioning (market, competition, channels)
- Existing technical knowhow in drone handling and hardware a big plus
- Independent, able to plan and complete tasks with limited supervision
- Highly detail-oriented, structured and good communicator
- Own a driver’s license & willing to travel across Thailand
