Job Description:
To collaborate with the Chief of People to take strategic approach to employee engagement. internal communications and administration.
Employee Engagement
- Conceptualize, plan and execute employee engagement strategy and to execute engagement initiatives (events, fun activities) around key themes/events.
- Conduct orientations, office tour and coordinate training for new employees
- Analyze the result of employee engagement surveys to positively impact employee experience
- Assist in organizing Quarter Town Hall events
- Manage training and development activities for employees including plan and communication with the managers, facilities arrangements and HRDF claims
- Work closely with cross HR functions to manage attrition
Internal Communications
- To deliver a consistent approach to all internal communications
- Improve the way in communicating, engage and motivate employees
Administration
- Setup and manage workplace to ensure that staff has the appropriate system and support to do their jobs
- Responsible to facilitate asset management activities including sufficient office supplies, equipment and proper office facilities
- Ensure that our relevant licenses are up-to-date and liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities
- Implement relevant SOPs that is in line with government guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related
- Minimum 1 years experience in employee engagement and administration.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment law is added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team player, creative and multi-tasking skills.
