Overview:
As a Junior Marketing Executive in our consumer products division, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, supporting various aspects of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the consumer products industry while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  2. Content Creation: Support the development of marketing collateral, including product descriptions, brochures, website content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. Assist in analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, and managing marketing materials inventory.
  5. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  6. Campaign Tracking and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  7. Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Help ensure that events are executed smoothly and within budget.
  8. Brand Management: Support efforts to uphold brand identity and messaging consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Cina (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, highly committed, initiative, creative and result- orientated.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
