What you'll be doing
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks related to online and offline sales, including order processing, invoice generation, and sales documentation preparation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support sales efforts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support decision-making and track performance.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales promotions, campaigns, and events aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support the overall sales strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates with interest in consumer products are welcome to apply.
- Sales Support: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Independently and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.
