Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Narwal products.
- Use effective sales techniques to meet individual and departmental sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our products. Address customer queries effectively.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.Process electronic payments securely, provide accurate receipts, and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing product display.
- Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels for products and participate in restocking activities. Conduct regular stock checks and communicate product shortages or excesses to management.
- Collect customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and trends to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, with a focus on home consumer electronics, is highly desirable.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of the latest home electronic technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
